It’s so easy to procrastinate and how tempting it is to do so. But then, if you overcome that urge and actually do what you have to do, you feel so accomplished. As much as I realize that procrastination is bad, it’s not easy being disciplined enough to overcome it. One thing I know and sure of though, is that procrastination can be overcome. It’s just that it doesn’t happen in one day.
Nothing really happens in one day. Everything in life is a gradual process. Some processes take longer than some. Others are quick. But then, the constant fact is that everything takes time.
I used to think I could learn something and suddenly become really good at it. Like almost immediately. How wrong was I to think that! I have come to know that learning processes are usually gradual and time-consuming. But at the end of the day, it will be worth it.
So life is teaching me patience. It’s also teaching me perseverance from the little things I experience each day. So I remind myself that things take time, don’t worry yourself, it’ll work out great at the end of the day. With this in mind, I will be unstoppable. I will achieve great things. I just know it.
